NANCY C. MYLER, 81 formerly of Madrid, passed away January 16, 2018 at Aurora, Colorado.
Nancy was born November 28, 1936 in Kansas to John and Dova Baessler. She graduated high school on May 13, 1955 in Laverne, Oklahoma.
On August 18, 1956, Nancy married Robert Myler in Denver, Colorado. She and Robert lived in Colorado, Texas and New Mexico, retiring in 1982 and moving to Madrid, Nebraska.
She accepted Christ into her life at the age of 13 and was baptized and joined the Christian Church in Laverne, maintaining her membership there until 1983 when she transferred it to the United Methodist Church in Madrid, Nebraska. She was an active member of the U.M.W. from 1982, serving in positions of leadership during most of her years of membership.
Nancy and Robert joined the American Legion Auxiliary in Madrid, Nebraska in 1982.
Nancy is survived by her children, Lyndon (Cheryl) Myler, Deborah (John) Craig, and Kathy Myler, 1 sister, Dovie Shuman, of Laverne, Oklahoma, 7 grandchildren, Shannon (Chris) Gonzales, Joshua Craig, Sarah DeRock, Matthew Craig, Chris Pritts, Beth (Owen Benton) Myler, and Rachel Craig, 7 great grandchildren, Kayla, Savannah, Isabelle, Alex, Nathan, Anthony, and Jennifer, along with numerous loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, 3 brothers, Keith, Moritz, and Ted, sister, Mary, and both parents, John and Dova Baessler.
