LINDA KAY LAW, 69, of Hereford, TX, formerly of Lubbock, TX, died Wednesday, December 28, 2016 in Hereford, Texas.
Linda was born on November 3, 1947 in Julesburg, Colorado to Harold and Wanda (Carothers) Law. She graduated from Crook High School in Crook, Colorado, and then graduated from University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado, with a Master's Degree in Education. Linda taught in Las Vegas, Nevada for 38 years, prior to retiring. Linda moved to Texas in 2006. She was a wonderful cook, she loved to read, play the piano, and taught herself to play the organ.
She was preceded in death by Grandparents: Clarence and Ora Law and Glen and Vernon Carothers, Parents: Harold and Wanda Law, and 2 brothers: Dan Law and Clifford Law.
She is survived by 3 Sisters: Nancy Tyndal of Holyoke, CO, Marian Yoshimoto and Husband Les Yoshimoto of Sedgwick, CO, and Jennifer Alcala of Julesburg, CO
1 Brother: H. Keith Law of Julesburg, CO
2 Sisters in Law: Chris Law of Haxtun, CO and Rhonda Law of Riverside, CA

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Monday, January 2, 2017 at Bullock-Long Funeral Home in Grant. Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Community Presbyterian Church of Sedgwick, CO, with Reverend Jeremy Woodhouse officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 P.M. on January 3, 2017 in Elsie Cemetery in Elsie, NE.
